What are the dimensions of my product boxes ?

How many boxes will my product be delivered in ?

The majority of our products are shipped in one box. However, certain Lift top tables may require two boxes. To find out how many boxes your product needs, as well as the dimensions and weight of each box, please refer to the product details section on the respective product page.

Where can I locate assembly and care instructions?

The majority of our products are hassle-free and do not require assembly. For those that do, assembly can be completed in just a few easy steps, with instructions included in the box. If you can't locate these instructions or need further assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.

Similarly, most of our products require straightforward cleaning and maintenance. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and promptly cleaning any spills to prevent staining. If you need additional or more specific advice, our customer service team is available to assist you

Are there any limitations for Housett when accepting a return?

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged by the customer, including scratches, stains, drilling, or any other modifications. This implies that the items cannot be assembled or used in any manner prior to return. Returned items must be repackaged in their original packaging materials before returning. These packaging materials must be original, unmarked, and undamaged. We cannot provide additional boxes for returns.

I've just returned my order. What happens next?

Our teams handle all returns within 10 working days from the arrival of your return at our warehouse. Refunds may require additional time to process, depending on your financial provider. if you have any concerns or inquiries regarding this process, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
